09:52 AM EST - Crocotta Energy Inc. : announced that it would acquire a private company with assets that include 5 net sections of Montney rights in the Dawson area of British Columbia. The company said it would acquire the private company via a plan of arrangement whereby it will pay $13.2 million for all the shares of the private company. The private company shareholders would receive $10 million in the form of Crocotta shares priced at $3.40 per share along with $3.2 million cash. Crocotta Energy Inc.
