12:25 PM EST - Clearford Water Systems Inc. : Announced the closing of a short-term financing round which has been approved by the TSX Venture Exchange. The loans are unsecured and will be issued for a six-month term maturing on December 31, 2019. $250,000 of the $300,000 loans were subscribed for by three insiders of the company. Glenn Gold, Chairman and Kevin Loiselle, President and CEO each funded $100,000 of the loan. Wilf Stefan, COO funded $50,000 of the loan. The loans bear a fixed borrowing cost equal to 10% of the principal balance and will be payable at the loan maturity date. The proceeds of the loan will be used for working capital and general corporate purposes. Clearford Water Systems Inc.
