04:05 PM EST - Waterloo Resources Ltd. : announced that it has entered into an Option Agreement with Eagle Plains Resources Ltd. to earn up to a 75% interest in the Ice River Property located 45 km east of Golden in British Columbia, Canada. Under the terms of the Option Agreement, Waterloo will acquire a 60% interest in the Ice River Property in exchange for aggregate payments and share issuances to Eagle Plains of $500 thousand and 700 thousand post sub-division shares over a period of five years, and by incurring expenditures of $3 million on the Ice River Property over the same time period.
