Upon closing, the Company issued a total of 270,017,178 common shares of the Company under the Offering at a price of $0.10 per Common Share. An aggregate of 180,928,486 Common Shares were issued under the basic subscription privilege and an aggregate of 89,088,692 Common Shares were distributed under the additional subscription privilege.
