09:47 AM EST - Gold Standard Ventures Corp. : Has announced today that, in connection with its previously announced public offering of 15,000,000 common shares at a price of $1.22 per Share for aggregate gross proceeds to Gold Standard of $18.3 million pursuant to an agreement with a syndicate of underwriters led by BMO Capital Markets, the Underwriters have fully exercised their option to purchase an additional 2,250,000 Shares at the Offering Price, increasing the aggregate gross proceeds to Gold Standard to approximately $21.0 million.
