12:26 PM EST - PreMD Inc. : announced that it has entered into an agreement with Midsummer Investment, Ltd. with respect to an offering of about $500 thousand of secured debentures. The sale of the Debentures and Warrants is expected to close on or before October 3, 2008. The Debentures mature 12 months after the date of issuance at an amount equal to $1,100 per $1,000 principal amount and will be secured against the assets of the company. PreMD Inc.
