Inc. : says its fourth-quarter net profit fell to $13.6 million from a year-earlier $18 million -- but rose from last year's $11.3 million excluding items -- while full-year earnings rose 19 percent after major acquisitions. Net income for the quarter ended Oct. 31 amounted to 39 cents a diluted share, compared with 44 cents per share a year ago. Analysts' consensus forecast was for earnings of 39 cents a share, before one-time items according to Thomson Financial. Quarterly revenue rose 25.4 percent to $619.5 million. Transat A.T. Inc.
