10:34 AM EST - NGEx Minerals Ltd. : Announced that pursuant to the terms of its stock option plan, the Company has granted a total of 3,445,000 incentive stock options to various directors, officers and employees of the Corporation. The stock options were granted on September 26, with an exercise price of $0.475, based on the Company's share price on the previous day's market-close. The stock options shall vest in equal instalments on an annual basis over a two-year period and shall expire five years from the date of grant. NGEx Minerals Ltd.
