10:49 AM EST - Roctest Ltd. : announced it has received over $3.0 million in new orders for fiber optic based products over the course of the third quarter. Approximately $1.8 million was received by Roctest's industrial subsidiary FISO Technologies and $1.3 order by Smartec, the company's subsidiary for structural health monitoring. The company expects to recognize 25% of this revenue in the third quarter of 2008. Roctest Ltd.
