For the three - month period ended August 31, 2019, Trilogy reported a net loss of $12.5 million (or $0.09 basic and diluted loss per common share) which was higher than the net loss of $9.9 million for the comparative period in 2018 (or $0.08 basic and diluted loss per common share).
