03:15 PM EST - Westfield REIT : announced that it has reached into deals for the acquisition of about $60.6 million of commercial properties located in Alberta and Manitoba. The company said that with the closing of these acquisitions, its portfolio would be 42.3% retail, 45.8% office and 11.9% industrial, with 48.1% of the leasable area in Calgary. Westfield REIT
