02:19 PM EST - Visa Inc. : Announced its fiscal fourth quarter and full-year 2019 financial results. For the quarter, the company generated EPS of $1.47 vs. the $1.43 consensus. On a constant currency basis, net revenue grew 15% to $6.14 bln compared to the $6.08 bln expectation. Visa's key payment volume metric remained consistent with last quarter, up 9% on a constant currency basis. International payment volume growth of 12% (excluding China) was a positive surprise and was an improvement over last quarter's +9% mark. In addition to the better-than-expected quarterly results, Visa's guidance for FY20 met analysts' expectations, forecasting mid-teens EPS growth and low double-digit net revenue growth. Visa Inc.
