12:29 PM EST - Troilus Gold Corp. : Has entered into a purchase and sale agreement with O3 Mining Inc., pursuant to which it has acquired Claims CDC-2422145, CDC-2422146 and CDC-2422147 that fall within the boundaries of the northern block of the Troilus Project. As consideration for the acquisition of the O3 Claims, the Company has issued 300,000 common shares and granted a 2% Net Smelter Royalty to O3 on the Claims. Troilus will have the right to repurchase 1% of the NSR at any time for $1,000,000. Troilus Gold Corp.
