12:06 PM EST - Rockgate Capital Corp. : announced that it intends to make an offer to acquire all of the outstanding shares of Delta Exploration Inc. Delta shareholders will receive 0.45 of a Rockgate common share for every common share of Delta. Based on the closing prices of both companies on October 14, 2008, the transaction values each Delta share at $0.216 and represents a premium of about 14% to Delta shareholders.
