12:54 PM EST - Search Minerals Inc. : Is conducting a non-brokered private placement of up to 10,000,000 flow-through common shares of the Company at a price of $0.05 per Flow-Through Share for maximum gross proceeds of up to $500,000. Proceeds from the Offering will be used to incur “Canadian exploration expenses”, as defined in the Income Tax Act (Canada), related to the Company’s mineral projects in the Critical Rare Earth Element District of South East Labrador.
