10:21 AM EST - Centric Health Corporation : Has now closed its previously announced private placement of common shares and convertible debentures for gross proceeds of $35,240,000. The Private Placement was approved by shareholders of the Company at a special meeting of shareholders held on November 14. Pursuant to the Private Placement, the Company issued 64,500,000 common shares of the Company at $0.12 per share for gross proceeds of $7,740,000 and 8.25% unsecured debentures convertible into Common Shares in the aggregate principal amount of $27,500,000. The net proceeds of the Private Placement will be used by the Company to repay senior indebtedness and for working capital purposes. Centric Health Corporation
