10:04 AM EST - Seacliff Construction Corp. : said its construction contracting division, Dominion Construction won $50 million construction management contract for new Engineering and Management Building at the University of British Columbia Okanagan in Kelowna. The construction of the new facility would begin in fourth quarter with project completion scheduled for late fiscal 2010. Seacliff Construction Corp.
