10:39 AM EST - Bonavista Energy Corporation : Announced the acquisition of certain oil and liquids rich natural gas weighted properties located within our West Central Alberta core area, which are synergistic to our existing operations, complementary to our development plans and accretive to our debt leverage. The transaction closed on December 4, with an effective date of November 1. The purchase price of $53.3 million, which is subject to customary post-closing adjustments was funded through our existing bank credit facility in addition to adjusted funds flow.
