04:37 PM EST - Noveko International Inc. : said Friday it lost $7.6 million in its fourth quarter due to sharply higher costs. The company said the loss amounted to 13 cents per share for the three months ended June 30 compared with a loss of $2.3 million or five cents per share a year ago. Revenue in the quarter totalled $4.3 million, up from $3 million. Noveko International Inc.
