10:58 AM EST - Tiberon Minerals Ltd. : said Tuesday that Dragon Capital Management Ltd. has made an offer to acquire all of its issued and outstanding common shares at a cash price of $3.65 per common share. Tiberon has about 78.3 million common shares outstanding on a diluted basis, representing a total equity value of about $286 million. The offer, unless extended, will expire 36 days from commencement of the offer. Tiberon Minerals Ltd.
