The AGM is a 50:50 joint venture with Gold Fields Ltd., which is managed and operated by Asanko. Estimated Proven and Probable Mineral Reserves of 53.4 Mt at 1.38 g/t gold for 2.38 Moz of gold contained (Proven Mineral Reserves of 2.3 Mt at 0.76 g/t gold for 0.06 Moz gold contained and Probable Mineral Reserves of 51.1 Mt at 1.41 g/t gold for 2.32 Moz gold contained).
