03:05 PM EST - Continental Gold Inc. : Has been advised by Zijin Mining Group Co., Ltd. that Zijin has received the Canadian Investment Canada Act approval, as well as all three of the required regulatory approvals from the People's Republic of China for the previously-announced plan of arrangement involving the Company, Zijin and 2727957 Ontario Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Zijin. Continental Gold Inc.
