01:17 PM EST - Royal Gold Inc. : announced that it has entered into a new amended and restated credit facility with the maximum availability increased from US$80 million to US$125 million. Royal Gold also noted that the credit facility would now be syndicated with HSBC Bank USA National Association acting as the Administrative Agent and as Sole Lead Arranger, and the Bank of Nova Scotia acting as Sole Syndication Agent.
