05:08 PM EST - Teranet Income Fund : reported its third-quarter results early Monday in a preview for stockholders considering a takeover bid for the land registry operator tabled by Borealis Infrastructure Management Inc. The fund said its adjusted earnings before income tax, depreciation and amortization rose 4.3 percent in the quarter to $55.5 million from a year-earlier $53.3 million. Teranet Income Fund
