The Calgary, Alberta-based company posted net income of $3.81 million or $0.12 per share for the third quarter, compared to a net loss of $70 thousand or $0.00 per share in the prior-year period. Quarterly revenues rose 53% to $17.15 million from $11.19 million a year ago. The company noted that revenues increased in all segments of the company's operations -- Canada, U.S. and international.
