10:45 AM EST - Quebecor Inc. : Received approval from the Toronto Stock Exchange to amend its normal course issuer bid in order to increase the maximum number of Class B Subordinate Voting Shares that may be repurchased, being 4,000,000 Class B Shares, representing 2.2% of the 178,670,253 Class B Shares issued and outstanding as of August 1st, 2019 (the reference date for the NCIB), to 6,000,000 Class B Shares, representing approximately 3.4% of the Class B Shares issued and outstanding on the reference date.
