11:43 AM EST - Sears Canada Inc. : has reported third-quarter earnings of $68.9 million as same-store sales increased 0.9 percent from the comparable period a year ago despite a tough retail environment. Sears, which has shifted its year-end, said Friday that revenue was $1.44 billion in the 13 weeks ended Nov. 1, up by 5.5 percent from $1.37 billion in the 13 weeks ended Sept. 29, 2007. shares T.SCC are trading up 21 cents at $16.75.
