09:58 AM EST - Oncolytics Biotech Inc. : announced entering into an engagement agreement with Bolder Investment Partners, Inc. in connection with a proposed equity financing. The proposed offering will comprise up to 2.5 million units at $1.50 per unit, for gross proceeds of up to $3.75 million. Oncolytics stated that Bolder would be granted an over-allotment option to purchase up to an additional 375,000 units at the same price as the offering. Oncolytics Biotech Inc.
