Revenues of $310.9 million for the second quarter of 2020, compared to $293.0 million in the second quarter of 2019, an increase of 6.1%. Adjusted for foreign exchange and commodity prices, revenues grew by 5.8%. Earnings attributable to common shareholders was a loss of $1.6 million or $0.02 per diluted common share in the second quarter of 2020, compared to a loss of $11.1 million or $0.13 per diluted common share in the second quarter of 2019.
