10:08 AM EST - National Bank Financial Group : Thursday posted fourth quarter net income of $70 million, compared to a net loss of $175 million in the same period last year. Earnings per share for the period was $0.37, compared to a loss per share of $1.14 in the same period last year. Excluding specified items, net income for the quarter was $228 million or $1.36 per share, compared to $217 million or $1.34 a year-ago.
