03:14 PM EST - Resolve Business Outsourcing Income Fund : has won a five-year, $270 million contract to handle Canada's student loans program for Human Resources and Social Development Canada. Resolve, which has been servicing part of the Canada Student Loans Program since 2002, has now been named the exclusive partner and will service a direct loan portfolio of $6.8 billion, with about 1.6 million borrowers involved in repayment.
