09:57 AM EST - VMS Ventures Inc. : announced the signing of a Property Purchase Agreement to purchase 100% interest in the Dunlop Reed Lake claims from W. Bruce Dunlop Ltd. Under the terms of the agreement, VMS will pay Bruce Dunlop $375,000 on closing of the acquisition and issue 3 million of its common shares. VMS further agreed to pay Bruce Dunlop a further sum of $225,000, in the form of $125,000 on first year of Closing and the rest $100,000 on the second year of Closing. VMS Ventures Inc.
