09:55 AM EST - ADF Group Inc. : reported a drop in its third-quarter profit in the absence of a year-ago net tax attributes. Net income for the quarter slipped to $6.5 million or $0.18 per share from $27.58 million or $0.80 per share a year ago, when the company recorded net tax attributes of $25.2 million. Excluding the recognition of prior-year's net tax attributes, the company said its net income surged 171% over the net earnings of $2.4 million recorded last year. Quarterly revenues jumped 62% to $25.1 million from $15.54 million in the same period a year ago. ADF Group Inc.
