Under the second tranche, the Company issued 319,000 units at a price of $0.47 U.S. per Unit for aggregate gross proceeds of $149,930 U.S.. Each Unit consists of one share of common stock in the Company and one half of one transferable Common Share purchase warrant. Each Warrant entitles the holder to acquire one Common Share at a price of $0.59 U.S. per Common Share until the fifth anniversary of closing of the second tranche of the Private Placement.
