12:15 PM EST - RAMTelecom Inc. : said that it has entered into a Letter of Intent with OmniGlobe Networks Inc., under which the parties have agreed to negotiate a definitive agreement to sell all the shares of R.A. Misener Telecom Corp., the operating asset of the company, to OmniGlobe. The purchase price of $2.65 million will be payable in cash, subject to customary adjustments. RAMTelecom Inc.
