11:01 AM EST - Ritchie Bros : This week sold close to 20,000 items through 11 auctions, including a $40-million U.S. Great Lakes Regional auction and a $41-million U.S. Northeast Regional event. All assets were sold 100% online due to COVID-19. On Tuesday and Wednesday, Ritchie Bros . combined 4,000+ equipment items from its Columbus, OH and Chicago, IL auction sites into a Great Lakes auction that attracted 10,500+ bidders from 59 countries. Approximately 91% of the items in the auction were sold to U.S. buyers, including 34% purchased by buyers from Ohio and Illinois.
