12:20 PM EST - Canadian Arrow Mines Ltd. : shares rose nearly 15 percent Wednesday after the explorer said it has signed option agreements to acquire four mineral properties near Atikokan in northwestern Ontario. Under the option transactions, Canadian Arrow will make cash payments of $135,000 and issue 182,500 shares to the sellers and commit to spend $186,000 on exploration. Canadian Arrow Mines Ltd.
