04:06 PM EST - Trelawney Resources Inc. : announced that it has agreed to settle an aggregate of $7,500 of indebtedness through the issuance an aggregate of 500 thousand common shares of the company at a price $0.015 per share, in consideration for services to be provided by certain consultants and officers of the company in the first quarter of 2009. In addition, the company has agreed to the settlement of monthly rent payments of $1,600, through the issuance of 106,667 common shares to the lessor of the property at a price of $0.015 per share.
