Total revenue increased by 11.1% to $54.6 million, from $49.2 million in the fourth quarter of 2019. EBITDA was $4.6 million, down from $6.8 million in the fourth quarter of 2019 resulting primarily from a non-cash asset impairment charge of $2.8 million and a restructuring expense of $1.8 million.
