04:06 PM EST - Aecon Group Inc. : said it closed the acquisition of South Rock Ltd., an established infrastructure construction business in Alberta focusing primarily on the Southern Alberta road building market. Under the share purchase agreement, Aecon will pay approximately $35 million for all outstanding shares of South Rock Ltd. and assume its existing debt of approximately $9 million. Aecon Group Inc.
