11:44 AM EST - Northern Gold Mining Inc. : has entered into a letter of Intent with ValGold Resources Ltd. The agreement covers the Garrison gold property, approximately 40 kilometres north of Kirkland Lake and 100 kilometres east of Timmins, Ontario. Under the terms of the agreement, Northern Gold may earn up to an undivided 80-per-cent interest in Garrison. Northern Gold may acquire a 50-per-cent undivided interest in the property by making cash payments to ValGold of C$1 million over four years. Northern Gold Mining Inc.
