03:12 PM EST - CCL Industries : announced that it has entered into a binding deal to buy the sleeve label business of Illinois Tool Works on a debt free basis for about $105 million in cash. The company stated that the parties expect the transaction to complete at the end of January 2007 following receipt of regulatory approvals. CCL Industries
