10:30 AM EST - Certicom Corp. : said that it has entered into an arrangement agreement with internet infrastructure service provider VeriSign, Inc. to sell all of Certicom's outstanding shares at $2.10 per share, at current exchange rates. As per the deal, VeriSign would pay an aggregate price of approximately $92 million, net of Certicom's existing cash and short-term marketable securities. Certicom Corp.
