11:35 AM EST - Mosaid Technologies Inc. : said it signed a wireless patent license agreement with Buffalo Inc. Buffalo has been granted a five-year, running royalty license under certain of Mosaid's wireless patents for its wireless networking products. The company said patent portfolio license agreement, which takes effect on February 1, 2009, includes a one-time payment for past shipments, and royalty payments on future sales of certain Buffalo wireless networking products. Other financial details of the agreement are confidential. Mosaid Technologies Inc.
