03:50 PM EST - Innovative Properties Inc. : said that it has completed the acquisition of the property management firm DIME - Dynamic Integrated Marketing Enterprises Inc. of Halifax, and its subsidiary under a share purchase agreement. INR has paid $550,000 for all of the common shares of DIME with a combination of shares and warrants of INR, and preferred shares of DIME. The common shares of INR were issued to the DIME shareholders at a value of $0.10 per share, releasable in installments up to 24 months after closing. The warrants to purchase common shares of INR were offered at a price of $0.10 per common share for a period of 2 years, releasable in installments from 12 months to 24 months after closing.
