11:30 AM EST - Healthscreen Solutions Inc. : announced an agreement with CA, Inc. to form a joint initiative to develop technology and services aimed at helping doctors offer chronic disease management programs to their patients. Under the terms of the agreement, CA will work exclusively with Healthscreen in Canada. Based on developing CA software technology, the services will be designed to help individuals with a range of chronic diseases to record and monitor their health data on a realtime basis, allowing for more precise tracking and trending of the impact of behavior such as diet and activity that affect their condition.
