03:53 PM EST - Saputo Inc. : reported third-quarter net income of $57.76 million or $0.28 per share, lower than $82.02 million or $0.39 per share in the same quarter last year. Quarterly revenues rose 18.8 per cent to $1.52 billion from $1.28 billion in the previous year quarter. Also, the company has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.14 per share, payable on March 20, 2009 to common shareholders of record on March 9, 2009. Saputo Inc.
