The Offering consisted of the issuance of 13,149,665 units of the Company at a price of $0.24 per Unit. Each Unit is comprised of one common share of the Company and one-half of one common share purchase warrant, with each Warrant exercisable to acquire one Common Share at a price of $0.40 for a 24-month period following the closing date of the Offering. The Company intends to use the net proceeds from the Offering to advance the Lagoa Salgada project as well as for working capital and general corporate purposes. Ascendant Resources Inc.
