09:57 AM EST - TC Energy Corporation : Today announced net income attributable to common shares for third quarter 2021 of $779 million or $0.80 per share compared to net income of $904 million or $0.96 per share for the same period in 2020. Comparable earnings for third quarter 2021 were $1.0 billion or $0.99 per common share compared to $893 million or $0.95 per common share in 2020. TC Energy's Board of Directors also declared a quarterly dividend of $0.87 per common share for the quarter ending December 31, 2021, equivalent to $3.48 per common share on an annualized basis.
