09:46 AM EST - NFI Group Inc. : Today announced that, due to strong demand, the Company has increased the size of the previously announced bought deal offering of unsecured convertible debentures from $250 million to $300 million, at a price of $1,000 per debenture, with an interest rate of 5.0% per annum and a conversion price of $33.15 per common share. The Debentures will mature on January 15, 2027. NFI Group Inc.
